Our services are for informational and diagnostic purposes. Always consult with your primary care physician before making any changes to your treatment plan. In case of medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for your comprehensive assessment and to respect other patients' scheduled times.

Refunds are available for services not yet rendered. Once medical services have been provided, fees are non-refundable. Membership fees may be prorated based on services used.
By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
Telehealth consultations cannot replace in-person examinations for initial assessments, physical examinations, or procedures such as ultrasound imaging. Certain conditions may require an in-person visit for proper diagnosis and treatment. In case of medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

All telehealth sessions are conducted using HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platforms. We do not record telehealth sessions without your explicit consent. Your telehealth visit information is documented in your medical record with the same confidentiality protections as in-person visits.
Our physicians are licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts. Telehealth services may be limited based on your location and applicable state or international regulations. International patients should verify that telehealth consultations are permitted in their country of residence.
